[Linux] mint 安裝 中文輸入法 (gcin)

mint 安裝後並沒有任何中文輸入法(即便語系選擇中文)，這時候使用「Synaptic 套件管理程式」搜尋「gcin」，安裝後重新開機，就有中文輸入法了。
